Request to rename Coffey Square located at 81 Street and 7th Avenue to Coffey-Wilson Post 688 Square. This request was prompted by the merger of two American Legion posts that locally honor heroes from WWI and WWII. The Commander of Coffey-Wilson Post 688 is seeking a letter from Community Board 10 to be sent to Dept. of Parks supporting this change.
Renewal notification of concession for the sale of food for mobile food unit at Owl's Head Park, Colonial Road at 67th Street and 68th Street from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2030

Owl's Head Park Volunteers is a friend's group of Owl's Head Park located in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, New York. We are registered with Partnerships for Parks and are a member of the City Parks Foundation's fiscal sponsorship program.
To make a monetary donation to Owl's Head Park Volunteers, please email us at [email protected] and we will provide you with instructions on how to send the donation.
We also accept donations for tools, soil, hand sanitizers, snacks and bottled water for volunteers. Please email us at: [email protected] and we will instruct you how you can make these donations.
2026 NYC Parks GreenThumb T-Shirt Design Contest
Submit your original design to the 2026 NYC Parks GreenThumb T-Shirt Design Contest based on the theme: Soil & Soul: Where Hands Get Dirty and Hearts Connect
Pick up a pen, crayon, pencil, or whatever you use to draw, and submit your artwork to our t-shirt design contest! The winning design will appear on GreenThumb t-shirts, worn by hundreds of gardeners all over the city. Applicants may submit up to three entries.
