Monuments of Prospect Park Tour

Come Join the Urban Park Rangers for a walking tour of Prospect Park’s monuments. Learn about Brooklyn’s role in the Revolutionary and Civil Wars, and the history of Brooklyn’s largest Civil War memorial. Celebrate the anniversary of the founding of the Grand Army of the Republic: The Union veterans association instrumental in the construction of the Soldiers and Sailors’ Arch.

Owl's Head Park Volunteers is a friend's group of Owl's Head Park located in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, New York. We are registered with Partnerships for Parks and are a member of the City Parks Foundation's fiscal sponsorship program.
