This will cost taxpayers and homeowners tens of thousands of dollars to billions of dollars to make happen. All because the Democrats want to impoverish the Republicans who run the oil and gas industries, and redistribute the money, as Obama had started, to the Democrat run industries of solar, wind and electricity.
Electricity hogs who were condemned by the Democrats in the 1970's are rewarded today. Newsflash to everyone, solar, wind and electricity cannot heat homes and buildings in the freezing temperatures of New England during the winter months. People will die to make the Democcrats wealthy.
